Size Chart

To find your hat size, wrap a soft measuring tape around your head at the spot where you’d like the hat to sit—snug but not tight. Make sure the tape lies flat and level all the way around.

If your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.

We also offer custom sizes. If you need a size outside of our standard range or have specific preferences, we can create a hat tailored to your measurements. Please contact us for more information.

With a heritage dating back to 1799, TONAK is renowned for its dedication to traditional craftsmanship and high production standards. This partnership allows us to work with materials of exceptional quality while maintaining transparency and ethical sourcing practices.

The felting process at TONAK involves compressing and treating animal fibers with heat, moisture, and pressure—a time-honored technique refined over centuries. This careful process produces a durable, smooth felt that balances functionality with a refined, natural texture.
